If you would like to apply for a rental property in Brisbane through Beyond Property Management, then please download the following application forms and email to us along with the 100 points of ID and proof of income as specified in the application.
There is also the option to apply online through ‘2Apply’. See our Available Properties page and apply directly online. Alternatively, you can submit your enquiry from the advertising portals (for example realestate.com.au) and you will receive an automated email with a link to 2Apply. Please note we prefer you to use 2Apply instead of the downloaded form.
Please keep in mind that anyone over the age of 18 living at the property must be on the tenancy and must therefore fill in an application.
If you’re a tenant in one of our managed properties, and you have a maintenance request, please download the following form and email it to us to get it sorted.
Please note: If this is an emergency repair, or if you aren’t sure if it will be classified as an emergency, please call the office on 07 3188 7651 immediately.
We will always do our best to seek immediate instruction from the Lessor to resolve any maintenance issues as soon as possible so that you can remain safe and comfortable in your rental property.
